Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on wigs, extensions, and beauty products once they have been opened or used. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we will accept returns in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund for the damaged item(s).
- Incorrect Items: If we have sent you an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item(s) and provide the correct items at no additional cost to you.
To return a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@mollysbeautysupplies.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or incorrect items.
- Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you return instructions and, if applicable, provide a return shipping label.
Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Molly’s Beauty Supplies & More.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If we confirm that your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement.
- Incorrect Items: If the wrong item was shipped, we will issue a full refund or send the correct item(s), depending on your preference.
Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment processor to reflect the refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Wigs and hair extensions
- Beauty products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, hair treatments)
- Special order items
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@mollysbeautysupply352.com. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return the items according to the conditions outlined above.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@mollysbeautysupply352.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue (e.g., damaged product, incorrect item, etc.).
- Attach any relevant images (e.g., product damage or incorrect items).
- Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item: Return shipping costs will be covered by Molly’s Beauty Supplies & More.
- If the return is due to customer preference or error: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
7. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
